Service Program Manager – Lledo Mustieles
Early childhood education and care is at the heart of Lledo’s career. Originally from Spain, she completed her bachelor degree in English Philology (English Studies) and began her professional journey as an English teacher, developing a strong foundation in education and a love for supporting children’s learning. After arriving in Australia in 2012, Lledo continued to follow her passion for teaching by completing a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
She has more than 10 years of experience working across early childhood settings and Out of School Hours Care, bringing a broad and rich perspective to her role. Lledo values community, diversity, and inclusion. She is passionate about celebrating different cultures and promoting multilingualism within the program, helping children develop a strong sense of identity and belonging. She believes in creating a welcoming, supportive environment where children and families feel connected, respected, and valued. Lledo enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and families and working in partnership with them to support each child’s wellbeing, growth, and development. She is committed to creating opportunities for children to explore, learn, and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our After School Care service at Aranda Primary School operates across the school gymnasium and hall, providing versatile spaces where educators and children can adapt experiences in response to children’s interests. Programming is thoughtfully shaped by how the spaces are set up, the grouping of children, and emerging interests throughout each session. The outdoor environment extends into a covered court space, allowing children to enjoy outdoor play all year round. Beyond this, the extended playscapes offer rich opportunities to explore both natural elements and fixed equipment, supporting active play, curiosity, and meaningful engagement.
Community building
Regular visits to local parks, ANZAC Parade and surrounding communities foster a strong sense of belonging.
Diversity and culture
Diversity is core to everything we do — we build interactive, culturally rich communities for every child in our care.
Government subsidies
As a government-approved service, families may be eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to help offset fees.
Education and learning
Our program is inspired by children’s interests, voices and ideas — building a foundation for lifelong learning.
Play-based curriculum
Qualified educators design rich play experiences that develop physical, cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
