Service Program Manager – Vanessa Isabelle
Vanessa has over 10 years of experience working with children and holds a Diploma of Early Education and Care. She is passionate about supporting children’s growth, wellbeing, and development through meaningful play-based learning experiences. Vanessa’s philosophy is centred on creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Throughout her educational and professional journey, she has developed strong skills in building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. She is committed to continuous learning and to providing high-quality care and education that fosters children’s confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Our Before and After School Care service operates from the school hall at Macquarie Primary School, offering a spacious and flexible environment that supports a wide variety of experiences and activities. Children are encouraged to plan, engage, and enjoy their play in a setting that fosters creativity and choice. The school’s outdoor environments are readily accessible, allowing children to move between spaces and select experiences throughout the session. This flexibility supports active play, independence, and a dynamic, engaging program.

Our program is inspired by children’s interests, voices and ideas — building a foundation for lifelong learning.
Play-based curriculum
Qualified educators design rich play experiences that develop physical, cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
