Service Program Manager – Mohan Vunnam
Mohan is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with experience across both Early Childhood Education and School Age Care. He is passionate about supporting children to grow into confident, capable, and resilient individuals by creating inclusive, engaging environments where they feel valued and supported. His philosophy focuses on fostering children’s wellbeing, independence, and sense of belonging. Mohan believes that every child is unique and learns best through positive relationships, meaningful experiences, and opportunities to explore their interests. He is committed to supporting children’s holistic development and building strong partnerships with families, recognising collaboration as key to positive outcomes. Mohan values the role of quality education and care in shaping children’s futures and is dedicated to making a meaningful and lasting impact in their lives.
Our Before and After School Care service operates from the Majura Primary School Hall and Kindergarten environments, offering children access to expansive open outdoor spaces that seamlessly connect to the Irvine Street playground, playscape, and oval. These areas provide a blend of fixed and nature-based experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, and active play. To best support children’s development, wellbeing, and safety, our service is thoughtfully organised into two age-based environments, ensuring experiences are tailored to each child’s stage of growth while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Community building
Regular visits to local parks, ANZAC Parade and surrounding communities foster a strong sense of belonging.
Diversity and culture
Diversity is core to everything we do — we build interactive, culturally rich communities for every child in our care.
Government subsidies
As a government-approved service, families may be eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to help offset fees.
Education and learning
Our program is inspired by children’s interests, voices and ideas — building a foundation for lifelong learning.
Play-based curriculum
Qualified educators design rich play experiences that develop physical, cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
