Service Program Manager – Leki Tshering
Leki is a dedicated Program Manager with a strong passion for supporting children’s growth and development. With over six years of experience in Outside School Hours Care in Australia, he brings expertise in creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children can thrive. He holds a Bachelor of Teaching from Paro College of Education in Bhutan and a Master of Education Studies from the University of Canberra, combining hands-on experience with a solid academic foundation. Leki is driven by a genuine commitment to working with young people and making a meaningful, positive impact in their lives.
Our Before and After School Care service operates from the David Street wing at Turner Primary School, offering welcoming and engaging environments for children of all ages. Children are supported across two thoughtfully designed spaces, Little Afters and Seniors.
Little Afters is based in a dedicated preschool-style room, designed to support our youngest children as they begin their journey in Outside School Hours Care. The enclosed outdoor area provides a familiar and secure setting, encouraging play, leisure, exploration, and early learning experiences. The Seniors space offers flexible, dynamic environments where children can choose how they engage, whether in quiet rooms, collaborative open areas, or a mix of indoor and outdoor experiences. This approach supports independence, social connection, and a wide range of interests while promoting wellbeing and development.
Community building
Regular visits to local parks, ANZAC Parade and surrounding communities foster a strong sense of belonging.
Diversity and culture
Diversity is core to everything we do — we build interactive, culturally rich communities for every child in our care.
Government subsidies
As a government-approved service, families may be eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to help offset fees.
Education and learning
Our program is inspired by children’s interests, voices and ideas — building a foundation for lifelong learning.
Play-based curriculum
Qualified educators design rich play experiences that develop physical, cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
